Removal of old insulation, unusual access and additional preparation are quoted separately. Flooring is a separate service.

Insulation can be left pulled back, compressed or out of place after other trades have worked in the loft. We put problems like this right: checking the area, repositioning suitable insulation and topping up where needed. These photos show the condition we found and the work in progress.
The appropriate insulation depth and flooring method are confirmed after assessing the loft.
