Attic Access NI uses the details you submit to assess your project, respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and manage agreed work.
What you provide
Your name, contact details, property address or postcode, selected services, measurements, notes and any uploaded photographs. Please avoid including people or unrelated personal documents in photos.
Where your enquiry goes
Enquiries and photos are stored through this website’s hosting services. The owner dashboard requires sign-in. When email sending is connected, Resend processes notification and acknowledgement emails. Test mode only sends to the configured Resend account email.
Keeping and removing information
Contact atticaccessni@gmail.com to ask about your information, request a correction or request removal. We will consider any records needed for agreed work, warranties or other obligations before confirming removal.
Saving your planner choices
The loft planner saves service choices and measurements in your browser tab for up to 24 hours so you can refresh or go back without starting again. Contact details, notes and photographs are not saved in this browser draft. The draft is cleared after a successful enquiry or when you choose Start again. Closing the tab normally clears it too.
Website services
The owner dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in. Security and sign-in services may use necessary cookies. This site also loads fonts from Google. Links to Google reviews, video controls and external services may have their own privacy terms.

Video consultation bookings
We store your selected time, call type, contact details, postcode and any notes to arrange and manage your consultation. Only the site owner can view the booking list. Your private booking link lets you cancel or reschedule; do not share it. Confirmation emails use our email provider when configured. Video calls take place through WhatsApp or FaceTime and are not recorded by this website. Contact us to request removal of your booking details.
Website traffic statistics
We record aggregate daily visits and page views, the public pages viewed, broad traffic sources and device categories. These statistics help us understand how the website is used. Traffic analytics do not use cookies or retain visitor identifiers, IP addresses, full referrer URLs or enquiry details. Aggregate traffic records older than one year are removed as new visits are recorded. Private dashboard visits are not tracked.
