All three include a timber ladder, handrail and protective feet. Maximum ceiling height: 2.8 m; above 2.8 m to 3.3 m needs a special long model by quotation. Choose a model to add it to your loft plan.

When will I receive a quotation?
We’ll assess your photos, measurements and site conditions before confirming a tailored quotation.
Do you supply and fit the ladder?
Yes. We supply and professionally fit the ladder into a suitable opening. We’ll discuss any opening alterations or finishing work before confirming your quotation.
What if my ceiling is higher than 2.8 m?
Our standard Termo PS, Extra and Polar models have a maximum floor-to-ceiling height of 2.8 m. Above 2.8 m, up to 3.3 m, a special long ladder is required. We confirm its model and price after checking your measurements and opening.
Will raised flooring preserve my insulation?
The 250 mm raised timber framing system is designed to maintain existing insulation depth. We assess your loft and the existing insulation to agree a suitable layout. New insulation is a separate service in the estimator.
Can my attic become a habitable room?
Our loft flooring is intended for suitable storage use, subject to structural suitability. A storage flooring installation is not a habitable-room conversion, structural certification or a guarantee of Building Regulations approval.
What do I need for a quotation?
Your name, property address or postcode, telephone, email, required services, photos of the loft and opening, and approximate measurements where available. We can then advise on options and provide a tailored quotation valid for 30 days.
How is my enquiry sent?
Review your request and choose “Send enquiry”. Your details and photos are saved for our team, and you receive a reference on screen. You can also email or call us.
